* Partnership Development: Managing communications and meetings with potential co-hosts and partners from universities, organizations, and institutions for IEREK’s conferences.

* Conference Content & Proposals: Reviewing, editing, and sometimes drafting conference content and proposals (e.g., Makkah Forum proposals in Arabic and English).

* Website & Technical Oversight: Coordinating the development of IEREK’s new website, including communication with developers, testing, bug reporting, and attending technical meetings.

* CRM Development: Reviewing proposals for CRM customization and providing feedback to ensure suitability for IEREK’s workflows.

* IEREK Press: Coordinating with the OJT team for journal functionality, providing technical support, and preparing XML files for journal issues to assist with production and publication.

* Other Responsibilities: Preparing daily clock-in reports, serving as committee reporter for the Employee Affairs Committee, and reviewing blogs for clarity and quality.
